We accept returns and exchanges of unused fragrances up to 14 days upon receipt. Fragrances must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling charges for returns/exchanges are non-refundable.
How to Return Merchandise
Please contact us by email at email@example.com to ensure a quick turnaround on your returned item. Returned Items without email notification can result in delays. Please enclose a copy of your order and indicate whether you would like to exchange or return for a refund. Please note the reason for return.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.
